Mold Manager Responsibilities
1. When the mold is offline, a complete mold product must be preserved for measurement and use. The whole mold product required to be preserved must be a process that fully meets the requirements;
2. Be responsible for measuring whether the dimensions of the mandrel, cavity and dental plate of the offline mold are within the standard requirements of the drawing;
3. If the size exceeds the tolerance range required by the standard, be responsible for filling in the repair order and sending it for repair. If the mold is abnormal and unknown, submit it to the technical department or the mold department for discussion and handling;
4. If the size meets the standard requirements, the corresponding inspection and maintenance shall be carried out before the shelf to ensure the production efficiency when returning the order;
5. The mold manager must establish relevant mold files for all mold data, including mold drawings. Mold drawings are provided by the mold department;
6. Corresponding account records must be established for mold usage. Including: collecting time, offline time, delivery time, maintenance content, spare parts replacement, maintenance results, repair time and maintenance items;
7. After the mold is sent back for repair, be responsible for signing for and testing the mold, and be responsible for tracking the quality control test until the mold is confirmed OK;
8, responsible for the work of the area, when there are various abnormalities in the work, timely report to the supervisor, coordinate processing;
9. On-line mold abnormalities are handled by technicians and team leaders of the production line;
10. Fill in the relevant forms and daily work reports in detail.
