1. 2. The technical department or relevant departments shall complete the required materials within the time of the mold manufacturing schedule. Mold manufacturing personnel in the manufacture of molds, in principle, should have a mold drawing and process card;
3. After the mold manufacturing is completed, the technical department shall report to the production management department, and the production management department shall arrange the mold calibration equipment, and the mold designers of the technical department shall calibrate the mold. In the process of mold calibration, the operators of stamping workshop shall cooperate and participate;
4. After the mold is verified to be qualified, it shall be countersigned by the production management department and the quality control department of the technical department (checking the quality of product parts). And by the technical department to the use of the department, the use of the department should be rejected without the above countersign of the mold, after the overhaul of the mold also need to go through the above verification procedures.
